Our AMERICAN STASI USE RED IN CONSPICUOUS SURVEILLANCE
Just like in East Germany we now have an American Stasi. Neighborhood Watch Groups, Police, Firemen, Ambulance Drivers/EMS use conspicuous surveillance to surveill and harass targets 24/7 in the FBI’s New COINTELPRO program:
I leave my home. A neighborhood gang stalker leaves their home at the same time. I drive out my complex road. A red car comes in the opposite lane. I get to the main road. A red car passes in front of me. I go to the next light. A red truck is first at the intersection. GPS is used to track the target's car. I go another mile. A red car is in back of me.
I go into a store to buy a soda. As I come out of the store a red car passes in front of me. I go to exit the store. A red truck passes in front of me. I get out into the road. A red car pulls up beside me. This goes on all day. I go into my car after walking with my handicapped brother. Two police cars and a police SUV may pass by or a fire truck might pass by. In New York fire chief SUVs and ambulances were also used in gang stalking. I might go to my car after a walk with my brother and an ambulance might be parked by my car. Or I might stop at a red light and an ambulance getting gas might beep its horn at me.
The FBI calls this conspicuous surveillance. People wearing red also gang stalk. So as I get into my car to go home people wearing red might be walking by. I take my brother into a bathroom a person in red might follow us in etc.
In July, 2009, a report compiled by 5 inspector generals revealed that President Bush signed off on a massive surveillance program after Sept. 11 whose primary architect was Former CIA Director Michael Hayden. John Yoo, Michael Hayden, and the Office of the Vice President were running the program “around the laws that Congress passed.”

The way the Bully/Coward Orchestrators of Government Gang Stalking work is if they sense you are powerless - they pile on - but if they sense you are effective in fighting back (yesterday on Twitter I told lots of Activists about Government Gang Stalking) - they pull back. Hence the day after I told Activists about Government Gang Stalking on Twitter just a couple of RED cars/trucks at intersections, but nothing really tonight to speak of. They aren't afraid of me, but they are afraid of Activists determined to hold Police Accountable.
