Corrupt U.S. Government Gets Neighbors To Gang Stalk In Its Horrific Government Gang Stalking/PSY-OPS Program Against Citizens That Goes On 24/7 FOR YEARS

Patterns of U.S. Government Gang Stalking Being Used In Our Neighborhoods:
1. The Target pulls out of her driveway - a Gang Stalker is walking by.
2. The Target pulls out of her driveway - a Gang Stalker pulls in or out of their driveway, or in or away from the curb in the front of their house.
3. The Target pulls out of her driveway - a Gang Stalker comes in or out of their house.
4. The Target pulls out of her driveway - a car/truck passes by.
The Goal is to have one or more Gang Stalkers there on the target's entries and exits from her home. In the beginning the Gang Stalkers would wear RED, but when so many people knew they did that - they would do the same Gang Stalking tactics only without the RED.
The Gang Stalking colors used once I go off my street by the U.S. Government Gang Stalkers today are - White, Black and RED in that order of frequency.
Government Gang Stalking/MOBBING behavior looks just like ordinary behavior. How it differs is in its frequency - it happens every day - even on streets like mine which most of the day are completely empty - and it differs in its duration - it goes on 24/7 FOR YEARS.
